                 vs                        }  Bill to Foreclose a
F.J. Hammond as Administrator &c and others}  Mortgage
   Decree overruling Demurrer of the Defendants to Complaints Bill &c
This cause coming on to be heard and the Court being advised on
the premises, thereupon, upon consideration thereof, it is ordered ad-
judged and decreed that the demurrer filed in this Cause by the defend
ants to the Complainants' bill of Complaint on December 4, 1899 and each
and every ground thereof be and the same is herein and hereby over
ruled and denied; and that the defendants have leave to plead to or
answer complainants bill on or before the Rule day on February A.D. 1900
Done and ordered at Chambers at Inverness Florida on this 4th day of

ordered adjudged and decreed that Demurrer filed herein by the
defendants on the 4th day of December A.D. 1899 to complainants bill
of complaint and each and every ground thereof be and the same
is herein and hereby overruled and denied and the defendants
allowed to file plea or answer to Complainants bill of Complaint
on or before Rule day in February A.D. 1900 or in default thereof
that the Complainants bill be taken as Confessed
