     vs         } Divorce
Frances Johnson }  "Final Decree"
           This cause coming on to be heard this 8 day upon application
of complainants counsel for a final decree therein wherein Wm R. Johnson is
complainant and Frances Johnson is defendant and the Court being satisfied
from the testimony filed in said cause that the allegations of complainants
bill have been fully maintained and proved, and the Court being
advised of his decision therein: It is hereby ordered considered adjudged and
decreed by the Court that the contract of marriage heretofore entered into by
and between the complainant Wm R. Johnson and the defendant Frances
Johnson be and the same is hereby cancelled set aside and declared and
adjudged to be wholly null and void and of no further force or
effect and the complainant Wm R. Johnson and the defendant Francis
Johnson are hereby decreed to be forever divorced a vinculo matrimonii
with each other
Done and ordered at chambers this 8th day of May AD 1895

  The state of Florida to the Judge of the Circuit Court of the Fifth
     Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, Greeting
Because in the Record and proceedings and also in the rendition of
judgment in a certain cause which is in our said Circuit Court before
you between C.D. Schafer as plaintiff and L.J. Burkheim as
administrator of the Estate of William Newbert deceased as Defendant
manifest error hath happened, as it is said to the great damage
                                          as aforesaid
of the said L.J. Burkheim as administrator^as by his complaint
appears, we willing that the error if any hath been, should be
duly corrected and full and speedy Justice done to the parties upon
said in this behalf, so command you that if Judgment be therein
rendered, you distinctly and openly send the record and proceedings
aforesaid with all things touching them under your seal together
with this writ to our Supreme Court of the State of Florida so
that you have the same at Tallahassee on the 12th day of June
AD 1900 in our said Supreme Court to be then and there held
that inspecting the record and proceedings aforesaid our said
Supreme Court may cause further to be done therein to
correct that error, what of right and according to law should
be done, Witness the Honorable R.F. Taylor Chief Justice
of the said Supreme Court, and the seal of the said Circuit
