Geo H. Neff Decd                  }
               This cause coming on to be heard and it appearing from the
petition of Carlin & Fulton and certified copy of the letters of administrat-
ion issued by the County Judge of Alachua County Florida, to James
M. Graham, that the complainant is decd and the said James M. Graham
is his legal representative, and the Court being satisfied as the truth of
said petition thereupon, upon consideration hereof, it is ordered adjudged
and decreed that this cause be revived in the name of and for the
estate of said George Graham deceased, and that said cause do proceed
in the name of the administrator as provided by the statute and
rules of practice in such cases.
 Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida on this 19th day of
January AD 1900

This cause coming on to be heard upon application of counsel
for complainant for the appointment of a Receiver of the partnership
property and for injunction and due notice having been given to counsel for
the defendants of this application thereupon upon consideration hereof it is
ordered, adjudged and decreed that a writ of injunction do issue
at once against the defendants, in conformity to the prayers
contained in complainants bill of complaint upon the complainant
