giving a bond in the sum of Two Hundred dollars conditioned to pay costs and
damages sustained by defendants if Injunction dissolved to be approved by the
Clerk of this Court. And Counsel for defendants stating before me that they
have been unable to reach one of the defendants, to wit I.M. Putnam since
notice of the application for Receiver has been made, and complainants solicitor
consenting hereto, it is ordered that the hearing of the hearing of the application
for the appointment of a Receiver be deferred and continued until the 12th day
of February AD 1900
     Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida this 19th day of January

                 In the Circuit Court of Florida 5th Judicial Circuit

      This cause coming on to be further heard and it appearing
from the record and from the petition of complainant that the defendants have
disclosed a claim a title in A.C. Steenburg and it further appearing that A.C.
Steenburg is a necessary and proper party defendant herein and the Court
being advised in the premises, thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is
ordered, adjudged and decreed that the complainant's petition be and is hereby
granted and that the complainant have leave to amend his bill of
complaint or to file an amended bill of complaint or to file an
amended bill of complaint making the said A.C. Steenburg a party
defendant, and that he have leave to make such other and further
amendments as he may deem proper, such amendments or amended bill
to be filed on or before Rule day in February AD 1900, and that a copy
be served upon counsel for defendants and that the defendants
herein have leave to file such pleadings to the amended bill of
complaint as they may deem proper or before Rule day in
March AD 1900 and that said amendments or amended bill of complaint
be filed without prejudice to the writ of injunction heretofore
granted in this cause. Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala
Florida on this 19th day of January AD 1900
