            vs               } Bill to foreclose a Mortgage
B.J. Potter and others       }
                 Decree confirming the report of J.A. Ammons Master
and Directing the Distribution of the Funds in the hands of the Receiver
This cause coming on to be further heard and J.A. Ammons Master in
Chancery having made a report and finding as to the moneys in the hands
of A.D. Wright Receiver, and as to the proportionate amount to be paid out
of such funds to the complainant and the amounts to be paid to the
several defendant laborers who have filed their claims with the Master and
the Court being advised in the premises; therefore upon consideration
hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the report of J.A. Ammons
Special Master in Chancery filed herein on the 9th day of January AD 1900
be confirmed and that the said A.D. Wright Receiver do make distribution
of the funds in his hands as Receiver in conformity therewith taking
proper receipt or voucher therefor and that after said Receiver shall
have made such distribution of the said funds that he make report
thereof to the Court for confirmation and such other and further
decree as may be proper in the premises.
  Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida on this 19 day of
January AD 1900

John McHenry and Julia McHenry }
                This cause coming on to be heard and it
appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that this cause is
now at issue it is hereby ordered and adjudged that said
cause shall be referred to L.J. Clyatt Esq a practicing attorney
in Alachua County to take testimony, to compute the amounts
due said complainants and to report his findings upon the
facts in said cause to this Court; and L.J. Clyatt Esq is hereby
appointed a Special Master of said Court in said cause.
And it further appearing to the Court that E.E. Dupree one of the
Witnesses of the Execution of the Mortgage sought to be foreclosed
in this case, is a resident of Miller County State of Georgia, and it is
necessary in taking the testimony of the said Dupree, that he should
be allowed to see and inspect said mortgage. It is further ordered
