adjudged and decreed that the complainant in this cause may temporarily withdraw
said mortgage from the files of the papers in this cause and annex the same to
the interrogations sent to L.A. Free a Justice of the Peace at Colquit, State of
Georgia, to take the testimony of the said Dupree in said cause, the said
parties by their respective Solicitors having agreed in writing filed in this
cause that the testimony of the said Dupree may be taken before L.A.
Free as such Justice without a commission

              The Guardian ad litem for Eva Haile and Allen
Haile minors heretofore appointed on November 27th A.D. 1899 being
Charles E. Haile Jr. and upon his Stating that he did not know
any facts in the case sufficient for him to plead answer or demur
to the Bill of Complaint of Complainant he is hereby removed from said
Guardianship ad litem.
And upon petition of complainant's Solicitor H.G. Mason is hereby
appointed guardian ad litem for Eva Haile and Allen Haile minors in
above entitled cause and is required to plead, answer or demur, to Bill
of Complaint of Complainant in the name of said minors as required
by law.
