          This cause coming on to be heard upon petition of Complainant
to have J.J. Tinsley one of the Commissioners appointed to make partition of the
real estate herein removed and to have W.O. Tison substituted and appointed
to act as such commissioner it is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that
J.J. Tinsley be and he is hereby removed as such commissioner and
that W.O. Tison be and is hereby appointed as such commissioner
to do and perform all the acts required of the Commissioners by the decree
made and rendered herein on the 23rd day of December 1899
