Greeting:
           You are hereby commanded to summon the
following named twelve (12) persons who were in open Court drawn
by the Judge of said Court in the presence of the Clerk and G.M. Wienges
Deputy Sheriff, from the box containing the names of the persons
selected by the County Commissioners to serve as jurors for the
year 1900 each for himself to be and personally appear before the
Judge of our Circuit Court at the Court House in the City of Gainesville
on Tuesday the 20th day of February 1900 at the hour of 10 Oclock
of the forenoon of said day to serve as petit jurors for the 2d week
of the special term of our Circuit Court AD 1900 to wit:
