Special Term Circuit Court AD 1900

          To L.W. Fennell Sheriff of Alachua County
Greeting:
      You are hereby commanded to summon the following named
seventy nine person who were in open Court drawn by the Judge of said
Court in the presence of the Clerk of this Court and G.M. Wienges Deputy
Sheriff of this County from the box containing the names of the persons
selected by the County Commissioners of Alachua County to serve as
jurors for the year AD 1900 each for himself to be and personally
appear before the Judge of our said Circuit Court at the Court House
in the city of Gainesville on Tuesday the 20th day of February 1900
at the hour of ten oclock in the forenoon of said day to serve as
Special jurors in the case of the State of Florida Vs Percy Summers

          Whereupon Court adjourned until Tuesday morning
next at 10 oclock

      Court met this day pursuant to adjournment of
Friday last his Honor W.A. Hocker Judge presiding
       And now comes L.W. Fennell Sheriff of Alachua County
and returns the regular Venire issued out of this Court
for 12 twelve jurors for the second week of this the Special
Term of this Court as having been executed by summoning
