                        Wednesday Febry 21st
             Court met this day pursuant to adjournment of
          yesterday his Honor W.A. Hocker Judge presiding

          {State of Florida }
Sentence  {         Vs      }   Rape
          {William Thomas   }
                            And now the prisoner William Thomas being
          in open Court for Sentence was demanded if he had anything
          to say why the sentence of the law should not be passed
          upon him saith nothing
                   Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
          William Thomas in manner & form as follows to wit:
             The sentence of the law is that you William Thomas
          be imprisoned by confinement in the State prison at hard
          labor for the term of your natural life

          Columbus Brown   }
                            And now the prisoner Columbus Brown being
          in open Court for sentence was demanded if he had anything
          to say why sentence of the law should not be passed upon him
          saith nothing. Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner in
          manner and form as follows to wit:
                  The sentence of the law is that you Columbus Brown be
          imprisoned by confinement in the State prison at hard
          labor for the term of your natural life





              Whereupon it is ordered and adjudged by the Court that
          all pleas, motions demurrers causes and actions herein
          pending and not otherwise disposed of be continued
          generally
