now in the hands of John F. Bartleson Receiver, and that the said John 
F. Bartleson Receiver do at once pay and discharge the said claim amounting
to the sum of $296 pro rata with other partnership creditors in so far
as the assets in his hands are sufficient for such purpose.
2nd, It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the said Receiver
do pay out of said funds, before the payment of any of the partnership
debts the fees of Christopher Matheson amounting to $7.10 for services mentioned
herein and Also that he pay to the attorney of Carlin & Fulton $5 for
the expenses of interrogatories and making proof herein

         This cause coming on to be heard upon application
of complainants solicitor for a final decree herein upon consideration
thereof and it appearing to the Court that there is due to the complainant on
his debt secured by the mortgage filed as an exhibit in this cause the sum
of seventeen hundred and sixty three dollars, It is adjudged ordered and
decreed that unless the said Burt C. Drake shall within two days from
this date pay the said debt with the costs of this proceeding together
with an attorneys fee of one hundred and sixty three dollars to the
complainants solicitor it appearing to the Court from evidence before it
that said fee is reasonable and proper, that the mortgaged premises
described in the bill of complaint in this cause to wit: that certain piece
parcel or tract of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida to wit: the West half of Block one (1) Range seven (7) of
the original survey of the town of Gainesville Florida the same being
embracing and including Lots numbered 3, 4, 5 and 6 of said Block one (1) as
subdivided into Eight lots by B.C. Drake as appears of record in Plat Book
"A" at page 14 of the public records of said Alachua County Florida, be
sold at public auction for cash at the door of the Court House of
said Alachua County to pay the same, that Notice of the time and
place of said sale be published for thirty days in the manner
required by law, that Robt E. Davis a practicing attorney at the bar
of said County is hereby appointed a Special Master to execute this
decree, that said Master execute a deed to the purchaser of said
mortgage premises on said sale, that out of the proceeds of sale he pay
the costs of this suit, retain for his services the fees allowed him by
