law for such services, pay to complainants solicitor the sum of One
hundred ad sixty three dollars as Attorneys fees and the balance of the
purchase money pay to the complainant in payment as far as
it will go of the amount due him.
Should there be any surplus money arising from said sale after the
payment above directed said Master shall bring the same into Court
to abide the further order thereof.
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that should said sale take
place the defendant in this cause and all persons claiming by
through or under them be forever barred and foreclosed of and from
all Equity of redemption and claim of in and to the said mortgage
premises

W.H. Levy     }    Final Decree
          This cause coming on to be heard upon the application
of the complainant for a final decree thereupon upon consideration
thereof it is ordered, adjudged and decreed as follows to wit,
1. That the defendant W.H. Levy is Justly and legally indebted to the complainant
C.C. Drummond in the sum of two thousand one hundred ninety four dollars as
and for principal and interest on the note and mortgage sued on herein
together with the sum of one hundred eighty five dollars as fees to be
allowed complainant's solicitor for his services in foreclosing the mortgage
sued upon herein and that the defendant do pay the same together with 
the costs of this suit to be taxed up by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Alachua County Florida, within five days from the date hereof
2. That in case the defendant should fail and neglect to pay the
said sums within the time stipulated herein to the complainant, then
in that case John A. Ammons Esq a practicing attorney at the Gainesville
Fla bar who is herein and hereby appointed as a Special Master in
chancery to execute this decree do advertise and sell in the manner
and at the time and place provided by law all of said mortgaged
premises described as follows to wit: The South East quarter of the North west
quarter, the North East quarter of the South West quarter and the South West quarter
of the South West quarter of Section Eight in Township Eight south of Range
Eighteen East, situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining and that
the said master do make proper deed of conveyance
