3d. That the said Master do pay to the complainant or to his solicitor of
record the proceeds arising from said sale or a sufficient amount
thereof to satisfy and pay this decree in full together with the costs of
this suit to be taxed up by the Clerk as herein provided and the over plus if
any to be paid into the registry of the Court to be paid out as the Court
may direct, that should the proceeds arising from the sale as herein be
insufficient to pay this decree in full and the costs of this suit then the
said Master to report the same to the Court for such other decree as may
be proper in the premises.
4th. That after the sale of the said property as herein provided for
the said defendant W.H. Levy and all and every persons whomsoever now
claiming the said property or any part thereof by through or under
the said defendant do thereafter stand forever and absolutely debarred
and foreclosed of and from all right or equity of redemption of in or to the
said property and every part thereof.

                  On motion of complainant by its solicitor and it
appearing that the above entitled cause is at issue it is adjudged
ordered and decreed that Robert E. Davis a practicing attorney of this
Court and who is hereby appointed a Special Master for the purpose
shall take and report to the Court the testimony offered by
either party to said cause.
