Nellie E. Wilbur and defendant James C. Wilbur be and the same is hereby
declared null and void and is by this decree dissolved and a Divorce
"A Vinculo matrimonii" is hereby granted to the complainant.
It is further ordered and decreed by the Court that the complainant do
pay the costs of suit in this behalf the same to be taxed by the Clerk
of this Court.
Done and ordered at Chambers in Gainesville Florida this 21st day of
February AD 1900

                    In the Circuit Court 5th Judicial Circuit of
                   Florida in and for Alachua County
L.V. Polk                            }        In Chancery
   vs                                } Deficiency Decree
J.A. Carlisle & Charles W. Bauknight }
                  This cause coming on this day to be further heard
on the report of Christopher Matheson who was appointed Special
Master to sell the property described in said cause and which report
was filed in the Clerks office of said Circuit Court of Alachua
County on the 15th day of November 1899 and to which no exceptions have
been filed, and upon consideration thereof it is adjudged ordered and
decreed that said report and the sale of the property therein described
be and the same are hereby confirmed and it further appearing from said
report that there is still due and unpaid by the defendant J.A. Carlisle
to the complainant L.V. Polk on the second mortgage described
in the bill of complaint in said cause the sum of $1529.30
that being the amount with interest directed to be paid by the
decree of August 16th 1899 heretofore entered in said cause and that
the said Carlisle is indebted to Horatio Davis as Attorney for the said
Polk in the said cause in the sum of $124.00 being the amount also
directed to be paid by said decree it is adjudged ordered and
decreed that the said L.V. Polk do have and recover of and from the
said J.A. Carlisle the said sum of $1529.30 and that the said
Horatio Davis do have and recover of and from the said J.A. Carlisle
the said sum of $124.00 and that execution may issue for
the collection of the said amounts at the request of said Polk
and the said Davis
