Court that this cause is now at issue it is hereby ordered and adjudged
that said Cause shall be referred to C.R. Layton Esq a practicing attorney in
Alachua County to take testimony and to report his findings upon the
law and the facts in said cause to this court: and C.R. Layton
Esq is hereby appointed a Special Master of said Court in this
cause.

       This cause coming on to be heard for a final decree
and upon consideration of the same and the Masters report, it is
decreed that the Equity of the case is with the complainant
and the complainant Robert Brice is hereby divorced a vincula
matrimonii with the defendant Isabell Brice and their marriage
contract heretofore entered into by and between them is hereby
decreed to be forever cancelled and declared null and void

          This cause coming on to be heard upon the report and
findings of the Special Master herein and the Court having considered
the same, It is ordered adjudged and decreed the same be and
they are hereby confirmed and Whereas it appears to the Court
from such findings that there is due to the Complainant, on his
debt secured by the liens filed as Exhibits in this cause, the
Sum of Two Hundred Thirty Six Dollars and Thirty five cents ($236.35) with
interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum from the
14th day of June A.D. 1898 and whereas it appears that the
complainants have a Statutory lien upon the property hereinafter
described, for said amount, and that said lien is superior to any
