      On satisfactory proof of service of the subpoena upon the said
defendant that defendant has not answered according to law and
that a decree pro confesso was duly entered on the 5th day of March
AD 1900 on Motion of W.H. Palmer solicitor for complainant it is ordered
that the cause be referred to R.E. Davis Esq Special Master to take
proofs of the material facts charged in the Bill of complaint
and to report thereupon to this Court his findings from the
testimony so taken.

           This cause came on this day upon application of complainant
for a decree of sale of the lands in said bill described and upon
the report of W.O. Tison J.W. Shuford and A.J. DaCosta the
Commissioners appointed to make partition of the real estate in said
bill described to which report there is no exception upon consideration
whereof the Court doth approve and confirm the report and
doth adjudge, order and decree that the said Commissioners the
said W.O. Tison J.W. Shuford and A.J. DaCosta do proceed after
having advertised the time place and terms of sale in a
newspaper published in Alachua County Florida once a week
for four consecutive weeks next prior to the day of sale, to
sell the real estate in the bill and proceedings mentioned to wit:
All those certain lots tracts pieces or parcels of land lying and
being in Alachua County and State of Florida and more
particularly described as Lot Eleven in New Gainesville in
the Alachua Improvement Company's subdivision of section
three township ten south of Range twenty East. Also
commencing at a point thirty feet south of the south west
corner of T.F. Kings Lot in the East side of Prairie Street
thence run south on line of said street one hundred and sixty seven
feet then run East four hundred feet then run North one hundred
