          This cause coming on to be heard and the same having been
argued and submitted by counsel for the respective parties, and the
Court being advised in the premises; thereupon, upon consideration
hereof, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the demurrer to complainants
bill, filed herein and hereby overruled and denied, except 4th ground of
demurrer which is sustained, and the defendants are allowed to file
plea or answer to complainant's bill of complaint on or before Rule
day in April 1900 & complainants allowed five days to amend the
prayers of his Bill

I.M. Putnam     } Ruling on Motion to strike Pleas
             This cause coming on to be heard and the same having been
argued and submitted by counsel for the plaintiff and defendants and
the court being advised in the premises, thereupon, upon consideration
hereof it is ordered and adjudged that the motion to strike filed herein
on the 13th day of March 1900 be and the same is herein and hereby
sustained and the pleas filed by the defendants on the 5th day of March
1900 are herein and hereby striken from the files and said defendants
are required to file proper pleas herein on or before 10th day in April
AD 1900 and in default thereof that the plaintiffs have a Judgment
by default in conformity to this statute in such cases made and 
provided.
Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida on this 15th
day of March AD 1900.
