             This cause coming on to be heard upon a
demurrer of the defendants to the declaration of the plaintiffs and
upon argument of counsel the said demurrer of the defendants is
hereby overruled and defendants are allowed until the Rule day in
April 1900, to plead or default may be taken against them

     vs       } Mortgage Forclosure
W.H. Levy     } Deficiency Decree
         This cause coming on to be heard upon the
application of the complainant for a decree for deficiency and it
appearing from the report of J.A. Ammons, who was appointed as
Special Master to sell the mortgaged premises herein that he has sold
the same according to said decree and according to law, and it
further appearing from said report that there is still due the
complainant by the defendant the sum of $2087.93 upon said decree
and the court being advised in the premises thereupon upon
consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the
said report be and the same is herein and hereby confirmed in every
particular: And it is further ordered and decreed that the
complainant C.C. Drummond do have and recover of and from the
defendant the said W.H. Levy the said sum of Two thousand and
Eighty seven and 93/100 Dollars and that Execution do at once
issue therefor as at common law in conformity to the rules
of practice in such cases
Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida on this 17th day
