   Ruling on Demurrers to Cross Bill and upon motion of Plaintiffs in
the original suit to strike the answer of H.F. Dutton & Company
           This cause coming on to be heard and the same
having been argued and submitted by counsel for the respective parties
to the original and cross suits, and the Court being advised in the
premises, thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered adjudged
and decreed as follows, to wit:
1st That the motion to strike answer of H.F. Dutton & Co to the original
bill be and the same is herein and hereby granted unless as to the
members of the firm of H.F. Dutton & Co who have not sworn to the same
unless the said defendants shall swear to the same within ten
days from this date.
2nd. That the demurrer of Samuel M. Mixson and Archie L. Jackson
to the cross bill filed herein on the 5th of March 1900 be and the
same is herein and hereby overruled and denied and that said
defendants have leave to file plea or answer to the cross bill on or
before Rule day in April AD 1900.
3rd That the demurrer to the cross bill filed by L.W. Jackson and Susie R.
Jackson on the 5th of March 1900 be and the same is herein and hereby
overruled and denied, and the said defendants L.W. Jackson and Susie
R. Jackson have leave to file plea or answer to complainants bill
of complaint on or before rule day in April 1900
