date so to do; thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered adjudged
and decreed that the equities are with the defendant Charles W.
Bauknight and that the complainant's bill be and the same
is herein and hereby dismissed and the injunction dissolved.
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the complainant do pay
the costs of this proceeding, to be taxed up by the Clerk of this Court
