The Ellsworth Trust Company }
             Order Remanding cause to Master for Review, etc
This cause coming on to be further heard upon the motion made by the
defendant through its attorney, to have the report made by J.A. Ammons
Special Master, on the 6th of January 1900, remanded to said Master for
review and correction and it appearing to the Court that he order of
reference made herein has been misplaced and cannot be found so
that the Court is unable to determine the extent of the order of reference
and the Court being advised in the premises; thereupon upon
consider hereof it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that said report
and findings of said Master filed herein on the 6th of January
1900 be and the same is hereby referred back to the said
Master, and he is directed as soon as practicable to review and
correct his findings, and that he make findings upon only the
facts and report the same to this Court for such other and
further order and decree herein as may be deemed proper.
Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida on this 4th day of
April AD 1900

for the estate of James B. Cullen, deceased  }
and Stephen B. Cullen                        }
                         Decree of Foreclosure.
 This cause coming on to be further heard and a decree pro
confesso having been entered herein against the defendant
Stephen B. Cullen and a decree having been entered disallowing
the plea of L.W. Fennell as Sheriff and Ex Officio administrator
of and for the estate of James B. Cullen deceased authorizing the
complainants to make proof of the allegations of their bill, and
the complainants having filed in evidence herein the original
note and mortgage sued upon and having made proof of the
taxes and insurance advanced and paid upon said property
