W.H. Mallard     }   Order appointing Master
  Now comes the complainant Ollie O. Mallard by B.A. Thrasher her
solicitor and shows that the above and foregoing cause is ready for
the taking of testimony that a Master be appointed to take the same

The above and foregoing motion for the appointment of a Master
coming on to be heard and the Court being advised in the premises
after an examination of the papers and finding the decree pro confesso
regularly entered it is hereby ordered that Robt E. Davis an Attorney
at law in active practice be and he is hereby appointed Master to take
the testimony in above cause and report same to the Court with
unnecessary delay Done & ordered this 9th day of April 1900

Wm H. Mallard    } Final Decree
       The above cause coming on to be heard finally and it appearing
to the Court that a decree pro confesso has been regularly entered and from the report
of the Master appointed to take the testimony that the Equities of said cause
are with the complainant and the said defendant at the time of
his marriage to the complainant in this suit had another wife
living to wit: one Christina Mallard, It is therefore ordered adjudged
and decreed that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the
said complainant Ollie O. Mallard and the defendant William H.
Mallard be and the same is hereby dissolved and that the said
parties and each of them are and is free and discharged from the
obligations thereof - Done & ordered this 17 day of April 1900
