and proofs to be offered herein to make his findings thereon and 
to report the same to the Court

application of the plaintiffs for an order for a default Judgment against
the defendants, in the above Styled cause: and it appearing to the Court
that the defendants have failed to demur or plead to the declaration of the
plaintiffs herein, as required by law.
It is ordered that the Clerk of Circuit Court of the said County do
enter a default Judgment against the defendants in the above Styled
cause for such failure to plead or demur to the declaration of
the plaintiffs as required by law
