            This cause coming on this day for final hearing and it
appearing to the Court that the equities herein are with the complainant
and that the allegations of the bill are proven it is therefore ordered 
adjudged and decreed that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between the complainant Calhoun Strodder and defendant
Margaret Stroder be and the same are hereby dissolved and
annulled.

       This cause coming on to be heard and the report of Thomas
Brice S.L. Blanton and William Strobles, Commissioners heretofore
appointed by this Court, having been filed herein on the 12th day of
March AD 1900 whereby it appears that they have made partition of
the premises described in the complainants bill of complaint according
to the respective rights and interests of the parties to this action as the
same have been ascertained and declared by this Court, by which
partition the said Commissioners have divided the whole of said
premises as follows to wit: they have set off, partitioned and
assigned in severalty to James R. Wright as his one tenth interest
in and to the said property the following to wit: That certain lot
tract, piece or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Alachua
County, Florida, and particularly described as follows to wit:
Twelve acres in the North East corner of the North East quarter of the
North East quarter of section 10 in Township 9 South of Range 17 East
commencing at the North East corner of said section and running
thence South three acres, thence west four acres, thence North three
acres and thence East four acres to the place of beginning.
2nd, they have set apart, assigned and allotted to the said
Christiana C. Jones as her nine-tenths interest in and to the
said property the following to wit: That lot, tract, piece or
parcel of land situated lying and being in Alachua County
