Florida, and particularly described as follows to wit the West half of
of the North East quarter and the North East quarter of the North East
quarter of section 10 in Township 9, south of Range 17 east, except the
twelve acres off of the North East corner of the North East quarter of the
North East quarter herein before described as being set off and assigned
to the said James R. Wright. Now therefore on motion of complainants
attorney it is hereby ordered and adjudged that the said report
of the said Commissioners do stand in all respect ratified and
confirmed and that the partition so made by them be affirmed and
effectual forever. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that
the complaint's solicitor be allowed the sum of $25 as and for his
services herein and that the compainant do pay one tenth thereof
and one tenth of the costs herein, and that the defendants do pay
nine tenths of said fee and nine tenths of the costs of this proceeding
said costs to be taxed up by the Clerk of this Court, and that
Execution do issue therefor against the respective parties hereto and
that this decree be and it is hereby declared to be a lien upon the
respective rights and interests of the several parties in the said real
estate for the said amounts until the same shall have been paid
and satisfied.

         This cause coming on to be further heard and A.D. Wright
Receiver having filed his report herein of the distribution of the funds
in his hands as Receiver to the several laborers, and that he had
deposited in the registry of the Court the balance in his hands
as Receiver not paid to the laborers, and it further appearing
from the receipts of the Complainants, that he has paid the
amount that was to be applied towards the complainants mortgage
and that he has no other funds in his hands to be disbursed and
that the continuation of the Receivership is unnecessary; thereupon
upon consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed that
A.D. Wright as Receiver in this cause be and he is herein and hereby
discharged from all further duties and responsibilities herein, and that
his bond as Receiver be and the same is hereby discharged and his
securities thereon relieved from further responsibility herein
