filing any brief in support thereof. It is considered ordered and
adjudged that the demurrer to the Cross Bill be and the same
is hereby overruled. The defendant in Cross Bill is required to plead

pursuant to notice, upon the motion of Anderson & Hocker, Solicitors
for the complainant Charles E. Garner, that a deficiency decree
be entered against the defendant Charles W. White in this cause, and
it appearing from the report of J.A. Ammons, as Special Master in
Chancery herein that there is due upon the mortgage indebtedness to the
complainant Charles E. Garner from the defendant Charles W. White the
sum of five thousand and forty three dollars ($5043) after allowing all
