This cause came on to be heard before me on the 1st May
AD 1900 pursuant to notice the bill is filed against G.P. Webb and L.C. Gracy
and the prayer for process is against them - An order for Injunction was made
to be issued in accordance with the prayer - the bill alleges that an
execution was issued by G.P. Webb as Justice of the Peace on a Judgment
recovered before the Hon H.G. Mason County Judge and that there never was
such a Judgment = The writ of Injunction goes beyond the allegations and
prayer of the bill and is hereby modified to the extent of enjoining the
enforcement of an execution issued by G.P. Webb as Justice of the Peace on
a Judgement entered by H.G. Mason County Judge of Alachua County Florida
in favor of L.C. Gracy vs E.B. Godwin and G.W. Easterlin trading under the
firm name of G.W. Easterlin & Co and it is ordered adjudged & decreed that
the said Injunction be and same is hereby dissolved in all other respects
so that if it be true as alleged that the execution fails to properly describe
the Judgment a proper execution may be issued & proceeded with by
the Justice of the Peace. The motion to dissolve is in other respects
overruled
