            Upon the calling of this cause for trial the defendant
failed to answer Whereupon the defendants bondsmen being
thrice called and failing to produce the body of the defendant in
Court as they obligated to do, thereupon defendants bond was
estreated

               And now this cause is nol prossed by the State
