In the Circuit Court Alachua County Florida Spring Term 1900 May 18th 1900
It being necessary to hold this term of the Court during the next week it being the
3rd week of the term, the Judge of the Court, in the presence of the Clerk and the
Sheriff did in open Court draw from the box containing the list of names
selected by the County Commissioners for Jurors for this year, the following
named persons for the regular petit Jury for said 3rd week of this
Court viz 1. J.R. Eddies 2. E.E. Cannon 3. J.T. Collins 4. Fernando Sanchez 5. F.F.
Baulding 6. H.S. Sikes 7. John Vaughn, 8. C.C. Neal, 9. James Holder 10. S.C. Lynch,
11. W.J. Mathews 12. J.T. Stokes
The Clerk is directed to issue a Venire to the Sheriff commanding him to summon
the above named jurors said Writ returnable at 10 oclock AM 21st
May AD 1900
Whereupon the Clerk issued the Venire for twelve persons to serve as
Jurors for the third week of this term of the Court, as by order, of the Court directed

The above styled cause having been set for trial on Wednesday May 23rd 1900
and the Judge of this Court being of opinion that a special Venire is necessary
from which to complete the panel of Jurors for the trial of said cause,
The said Judge in the presence of the Sheriff and Clerk of this Court, in
open Court on this 18th May AD 1900 drew from the box containing the
names of persons selected for Jurors for the year 1900 by the County
Commissioners of Alachua County the following named persons as

Whereupon the Clerk issued the Venire for Fifty four persons from which
to complete the panel of Jurors for the trial of said cause.
