reported by the said master to the said court
or the Judge there of and have been confirmed
and where as afterwards at the said June term
of said court the said special master made
a reprt to the said court in which among other
thing he reported the sale at private sale of 
the premises herein after described to the said
party of the second part; and where as there
being no exception to the said report the
same was confirmed by the said court;
and the said master was by order of the said 
court among other thing authorized and em
powered to make execute and deliver conveyances
among other s to the said party of the second 
part for the tract of Land pruchased by
him from the said master as aforesaid when
ever the said party of the second part shall
have complied with and fulfilled his con
tract of purchase with the said master, and 
shall have paid the whole of the purchase money
for the said Tract of Land and whereas the said 
party of second part hath this the day and 
year first above written fulfilled the said con
tract and paid the whole of the purchase
money for the said of Land; now this Inden
ture witnesseth that the said Charles A.M.
Mitchel Special Master in Chancery as
aforesaid in order to convey into effect
the said sale made in pursuance of the
said Decrees above cited and in consider
ation of the primises and of the sum of one
hundred and two dollars and forty nine and
one third cents paid at the time of the Exe
cution of these presents by the said party of the
second part to the said party of the first part
Special master as aforesaid the reciept where of is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold
released conveyed and confirmed and by these pre
sents doth grant bargain sell release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns forever all the Tract or
parcel of Land Known and discribed on the
map of the said Arcdondo Grant in the survey
