                     This indenture made this twenty
eigthth day of november in the year eighteen hun
dred and fifty between Moses E. Levy owner and 
Seraphina Chauviteau of the city of Parris France and
Joseph DeLevant of London England, Mortgagers of
the one part and James Harrison of Grenville Dis
trict South Carolina of the other part Witnesseth
that the said Mosos E. Levy with the approval of
said Mortgagers by their attorney in fact,the said
Moses E. Levy for and in consideration of the 
sum of Twenty five Hundred Dollars in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt where of is hereby ac
knowledged hath granted bargained and sold,
aleaned conveyed and confirmed and by these 
presents doth grant bargain sell alean convey
and confirm unto the said James Harrison
his heirs and assigns all that certain Tract or
parcel of land Known as Lot 7 supposed to con
tain about sixteen hundred and sixty six 
and two thirds (say 166 66/100) acres situated
Lying and being in Alachua County,
and Discribed as follows To Wit a paralellogram
of one hundred and sixty chains East and West
(magnetic, and one hundred and four chains
and Twenty Links North and South bounded as
as follows To wit on the north by the lot of Land
Numbered one of nearly equal magnitude and 
shape belonging to said Levy on the East by
another Lot of Land of Equal shape and magnitude
******** belonging to said Levy Known as
number eight and Pilgrimage plantation the whole
of which being parts of Twenty thousand acre
Tract, orginally granted by the Spanish Gover
ment to one George I.F. Clark in the chacala
and caskawilla or tuscawilla hammocks by
whom it was sold to Juan DeEntralga and by him
sold to said Levy, the Tract being situated
in what is called the aredondo Grant on the
South by sections (19) nineteen and (20) twenty
and on the west by sections (7) seven and
