(18)Eighteen all of township (11) Eleven range
(20) twenty, To have and to hold the aforesaid Discribed
Lands with all singular the rights members and
appurtenances there of whatsoever to the said primises
being belonging as in anywise appurtaining, with
the remainder and remainders reversion and reversion rents
issues and profits thereof to the only proper use benfits
and behoof of him the said James Harrison his heirs
and assigns Executors and administrators and assigns
in fee simple and the said Moses E. Levy for himself
his heirs Executors and administrators do covenant
with the said James Harrison his heirs Executors
and administrators that he is Lawfully siezed in fees
of the aforsaid granted primises that they are free
from all incumberances that he has good right to 
sell and convey the same to said James Harrison
as aforesaid and that he will and his heirs Execu
tors and administrators shall warrant and defend
the same and every part thereof to the said James
Harrison his heirs and assigns forever against
the Lawful demands of all persons by virture
of these presents.

parties have severally hereunto set their hands

that the 28th day of December AD 1850 came
before me R.A. Child one of the witness to the
foregoing deed and and personally Known to me
and made oath that he saw Moses E. Levy whose signa
ture appears to the foregoing Deed, execute the
same for the purpose therein stated and ther
was represented by said Moses E Levy to sign as a witness
to the same sworn to before me this 28th day of
December AD 1850  Saml W. Burnett Ck by George Watso D.C.
