This Indenture made this tenth day of June in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty
between Benjamin A. Putnam and his wife Helen K.
Putnam party of the first part of the County of St Johns
State of Florida and Josiah Seckinger of Alachua 
County & State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of two hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the reciept where of is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold 
and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party 
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever all that certaint Tract of Land situated
within what is Known as the Aredondo grant
and part of said grant designated on the 
partition map of said grant made by Horace
Mary David H. Burr and Henry Washington in
February 1846 as the north west quarter of section
two township ten range nineteen containing
one hundred and sixty acres more on less and 
which among. Tract was among others assigned
to me by the Decree of the circuit court for the 
Eastern circuit of Florida made at St Augustine
on the 11th day of August 1849 Together with all
and singular the tenements heriditaments and
appurtenances there to appurtaining or in any
wise belonging with the remainder and remainders 
reversion and reversions rents issues and profits thereof
and all the right title interest property Dower
right title and claim of Dower of the said parties of
the first part in to or upon the said primises
and every part and parcel thereof to have and
to hold the said Tract of Land and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs
and assigns forever and the said party of the 
first part for themselves and their heirs, the abve
discribed and conveyed Land and primises unto
the said party of the second part & his heirs
and assigns against them the said parties
