Know all men by these presents that we
Abraham E. Gieger and Sarah Ann Gieger of
Alachua County Florida in consideration of the
sum of three hundred dollars $300 to us in hand paid
by Isam B. Thomas do firmly grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Isam B. Thomas, his heirs,
and assigns a certain tract of land situated
in said county known according to the feal of the
survey of the same by the United States of America
as the East half of the South East quarter of sec-
tion No twenty-seven in Township No eight South
of range No Eighteen containing seventy nine
acres and seventy six hundreth together with all
the privelages and appurtinances to the said tract
of land in any wise appertaining and belonging
thereto to have and to hold the above grated land
and premises unto the said Isam B. Thomas, his
heirs, and assigns to his and their own use and
benefit forever, and we the said Abraham E.
Gieger and Sarah Ann Gieger for ourselves, our
heirs, executors and administrators do covenant
with the said Isam B. Thomas, his heirs, and
assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee of
the above granted premises that they are free
from all incumbrances that we have good
right to sell and conveigh to the said Isam
B. Thomas as aforesaid and that we will and
our heirs, Executors, and administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the said |
