Isam B. Thomas his heirs and assigns forever against
the lawful demands of all persons in testimony where of
we the said Abraham E. Gieger and Sarah Ann Gieger
hereunto set our hands and seals this the 15th day of 
Oct 1850

         Know all men by these presents that I,
Sarah Ann Gieger for and in consideration of the
provisions of the herein before recited indenture
and also the sum of ten dollars to me in hand
paid do hereby renounce release and relinquish
unto the Isam B. Thomas all my right claim or equity
of Dower in and two the premises discribed in 
the aforesaid indentures as fully as I could or
might do the same.

Sarah Ann Gieger to me well known and acknow-
ledged that she had executed the foregoing In-
denture and the above relinquishment and renun-
ciation of Dower freely and voluntarily without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of her said husband and I certify that such ac-
knowledgement and declaration were made seperately
and appart from her said husband.

of the state of Florida for Alachua & Levy Counties Robt 
Youngblood, who being duly sworn according to Law, says
on his oath that he saw the parties to the foregoing
deed of conveyence, sign seal and deliver the same
for the purposes therein stated & the he signed the same
as one of the subscribing witnesses.
