bargain sell release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that or parcel of land known and dis-
cribed on the map of the said Arendondo Grant by
David Burr and Henry Washington as the west half 
of section number twenty-four (24) of township
eleven (11) in range twenty-one (21) together with
all and singular the rights members heriditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining: To have and to hold the said
tract of land above mentioned and hereby granted
or indended to be so with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part, his heirs and 
assigns, and to their only use benefit and behoof
forever.         In witness where of the said

Chancery as aforesaid hath this day and
year first above written set his hand and seal

to me personally known personally appeared and ac-
knowledged that he signed sealed & delivered the fore-
going deed of conveyence for the purposes therein
