This Indenture made this twelfth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and forty nine between Frederick Marquand and Hetty
Marquand his wife of the State of New York of the first 
part and Bennett M. Dell of Alachua County Florida
Witnesseth that the said parties of thr first part for and
in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and one 80/100
Dollars to them in hand paid have granted bargained
and Sold & transfered and by these presents do grant
bargain and Sell unto the Said Bennet M. Dell his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or
parcel of Land situated in Said County of Alachua
Known as Section 10 T 11 range 19 of the aredondo
grant containing 636 40/100 acres more less to have and
to hold the Said lands to the Said Bennett M. Dell
his heirs and assigns forever and the said Fletty Mar
quand doth hereby ***** and release all right
claim or equity of Dower of in or to the said lands
and the Said parties of the first part the said
lands unto the said party of the second part
will forever warrant and defend
