                   This Indenture made the thirtyeth
day of December AD one thousand eight hundred
and fifty between Bennett M. Dell of the County &
State aforesaid & Hope H. Colson of the other
part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of
the Sum of two hundred & fifty Dollars to him
the Said B.M. Dell in hand paid at and be
fore the Sealing and delevery of these presents
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged the
Said Bennett M. Dell hath granted bargained
Sold released conveyed and confirmed &
doth by these presents grant bargain Sell
alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the Said hope H. Colson his heirs and
assigns forever all that Tract or parcel of
land situated in Said County of Alachua
Known as Section ten (10) T 11 Eleven range
19 of the Aredondo grant containing 636 40/* six
hundred & Thirty six acres 40/*** more or less
to have & to hold the Said lands & improvements
thereon to the said H.H. Colson his heirs and
assigns forever and the said Bennett M. Dell
for his heirs Executors administrators or
assigns and all Every person or persons shall
and will warrant & forever defend by virtue of
these presents; In Witness whereof the said Bennett
M. Dell hath hereunto set his hand and affixed
his Seal the day and year first above written

              Know all men by these presents that
I Loisa Dell wife of said Bennett M. Dell grantor
in the within Deed for the conveyance of real Estate
                                                  renounce
bearing date 30st December 1850 I do hereby ^ release
relinquish & release to the party herein named
H.H. Colson all my right of Dower in and to the
Land therein Conveyed in Virtue where of I have
hereunto set my hand and seal the day & year
