acres of land was conveyed to said Wells by
Fernando de la Maza Arredondo & son by Burr H.
Betts their attorney the interest hereby conveyed be-
ing one quarter of all the remainder of said
thirty thousand acres owned by said Wells at the time
of his death which has been found by the commissioners
appointed by the Superior Court of East Florida in
equity of eight thousand nine hundred and twenty
six 82/100 acres in their report made in a partition
suit instituted for the division of the whole of said
larger tract between the parties in interest therein
be the same more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belong-
ing or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate
right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as equity
of the said parties of the first part of in or
to the above discribed premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the apperrtenances
To have and To hold all and singular the
above mentioned and described premises
together with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever. In witness whereof the said parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hands
