the Governor of Florida in and for the state of
New York personally appeared Susan A. Ryer residing
at No. 85 eighthavenue Eighth Avenue in the City of
New York who being by me duly sworn doath depose
and say that she knows the persons now present to be
William W. Wells, Frederick Ryer and Cynthia W. Ryer
his wife the individuals described in the foregoing deed
whereupon the said William W. Wells, Frederick Ryer and
Cynthia W. Ryer executed the said deed in my
presence and duly acknowledged the same and the
said Cynthia W. Ryer acknowledged in a private
examination apart from her said husband that she
executed the said deed freely and without any fear
or compulsion of her said husband.

Warranty Deed
This indenture made the twelf day of January
in the year of our lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty
Between Charles W. Johnson and Mary his wife
of Goshen, Orange County and the state of New
York party of the first part and James A. Turner of
Micanopy in Alachua County and the state of
East Florida planter party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and sixty two 65/100 dollars and interest from Feby 21st
lawful money of the United States of America to me in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the
reciept whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged
hath granted aleined remised released and con-
firmed and by these presents doth grant alein
remise release enfeof and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and ass-
