Number Twenty five in township Number Eleven
South and range Twenty East situated in Alachua
County in the state of East Florida and discribed
as above stated on a certain map of the Arredondo
Grant made by David H. Burr & Henry Washington
under the direction of the commissioners appointed
by the Superior Court of the district of East Flor-
ida at the June term of the year Eighteen hundred
and forty five containing according to said
survey three hundred and twenty five acres
and thirty hundreths of an acre of land more
or less being one of the parcels of land which
was awarded to the assignee and heirs of
Jeromus Johnson by Messrs Payne Child
& Faward the commissioner appointed by
the Eastern Judicial Court of East Florida
at the June term of AD Eighteen hundred
& forty nine & would refer to the report of
said commissioners and final adjustment
of the suit of Brush et al, vs Pratt et al
said parcel being a part of the portion of
lands deeded to Charles W. Johnson by D.
Henry Haight by deed dated the tenth
day of January Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and fifty Together with all and
singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain-
ing and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents and issues and profits thereof
and all the estate right title interest claim
demand whatsoever of the said party of first
part either in law or in equity of in and to
the above granted premises with the said
hereditaments and appurtenances To have and
To hold the above mentioned and described
premises with the appurtenances and every
part and parcel thereof to the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever and the said Charles W. Johnson
