ted premises and every part and parcel thereof
now being in the quiet and peasable possession of the
said party of the second part against the said
party of the first part his heirs executors admin-
istrators and assigns against all and every other
person or persons claiming or to claim the 
said premises or any part thereof.

On the twenty-third day of January 1850 before
me the subscriber came Charles W. Johnson
and Mary his wife whom I know to be the gran-
tors described in and who executed the annexed 
instrument and acknowledged that they had
executed the same and the said Mary and a
private examination seperate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged that she had executed 
the same freely and without any fear or com-
pulsion of the said husband

of the County of Orange, do hereby certify that
Frederick A. Hoyt whose name is subscribed

proof or acknowledgement a Justice of the
