assigns to warrant and forever to defend the above gran-
ted premises and every part and parcel thereof
now being in the quiet and peasable possession of the
said party of the second part against the said
party of the first part his heirs executors admin-

me the subscriber came Charles W. Johnson
and Mary his wife whom I know to be the gran-
tors described in and who executed the annexed
instrument and acknowledged that they had
executed the same and the said Mary and a
private examination seperate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged that she had executed
the same freely and without any fear or com-
pulsion of the said husband
