State of Florida } This Indenture made the Seventh day of January
County of Alachua} in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty one, between Isaiah Floyd of the County
and State aforesaid of the first part, and Margaret Blanton
of the County and State aforesaid of the Second part.
       Witesseth; that the Said party of the first part for
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty
dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the
Second part the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, hath
bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain,
and sell unto the said party of the second part, and to her heirs
and assigns forever all that tract of land described and known as
as follows, to wit; Twenty (20) acres of land more or less lying and 
being near the Town of Newnansville, known as lots No. seven
& eight (7&8) granted and confirmed unto F.A. Underwood
on the tenth day of December Eighteen hundred and thirty eight,
together with all the appertenances and improvements there to 
belonging. Said land being a part of the East half of the 
Southeast Quarter of Section eleven (11) in Township Eight (8)
Range Eighteen (18) together with all and singular heredit=
=aments and appertenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining, and also the Estate Right title, interest, Claim,
or demand whatsoever of him the said party of the first part
either in law or equity of, in, and to the above bargained
premesis and every part and parcel there of to have and to hold
to the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, to the sole
and only use, benefit, and behoof of the second part, her heirs
and  assigns forever.
