                          This indenture made this Tenth day of Jan-
uary in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty one
between George M. Galpin of the County and State aforesaid of the one part
and J.G. Dell of said County and State of the other part. Witnesseth 
that the said George M. Galpin for and is consideration of the sum
of Thirty five dollars to him in hand paid, at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and does by these
presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said J.G. Dell all that
lot or parcel of land lying being and situate in the Town of Newnansville
County of Alachua and State of Florida bounded as follows, on
the North by a lot owned by George M. Galpin on the east side by a lot
owned by Mrs. Zilpha Stanley on the South by the Street running East
and West in said town of Newnansville, and on the West by a lot owned
by Richard *. Scott and the said George M. Galpin, land granted
lot being fronting on said Street running East and West and measuring
thereof Seventy five feet              To have and to hold the said lot
or parcel of Land unto him the said J.G. Dell his heirs and assigns
together with all and singular the rights, memebers and appurtenances
thereof and to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever is fee simple.
      And the said George M. Galpin for himself his heirs execu-
tors and Administrators the said bargained premises unto the said
J.G. Dell his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right
and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons
whatever    In witness whereof the said George M. Galpin hath hereunto set his
hand and seal the day and year above written

Alachua County   }    Personally appeared before the subscriber clerk
of the circuit court in and for said County M. OBrien who being duly sworn
saith that he saw George M. Galpin sign and seal the foregoing deed and deliver the same
for the purposes therein mentioned, and that A. Hague was also a subscribing witness to
the same                                                                  M. OBrien
