Alachua County     } Know all men by these presents that I Hannah E.
Galpin, wife of George M. Galpin, grantor of the foregoing deed for the convey-
ance of a Lot or parcel of land in the Town of Newnansville County and
State aforesaid do hereby renounce relinquish and foreber quit claim unto
J.G. Dell the Grantee of said deed his heirs and assigns all my right of
Dower, or thirds of, into and to all and Singular the premises in said
deed mentioned. In Witness whereof I the Said Hannah E. Galpin have
hereunto set my hand and seal this Tenth day of January in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one

of the Peace in and for said County  Hannah E. Galpin who being
duly examined by me separate and apart from her husband
did
^ declare and acknowledge that the foregoing renunciation and
relinquishment of dower is and was made freely and voluntarily on
her part, and without andy compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband
