This indenture made this fourteenth day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one
between Charles F. Fitchett Judge of probate and president 
of the board of County Commissioners of the County of Alachua State
of the Florida of the first part, and James G. Dell of the same state and
County of the second part. Witnesseth That whereas the said board 
of County Commissioners did by an ordinance passed at a meeting of said
board, on the fourth day of November A.D. 1850 authorise and empower
the Judge of probate & president of the board of County Commissioners
as aforesaid to grant and make title Deeds to the purchasers of all
lots sold in the town of Newnansville, the County site of said County
and whereas the said James G. Dell having become the purchaser of
two lots herein after described         Now Know Ye That I the
said Charles F. Fitchett Judge of probates, and president of the board of
County Commissioners as aforesaid by virtue of the power & authority vested
in me & in consideration of the sum of Thirty dollars to me in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell what the said
James G. Dell his heirs and assigns forever all those certain lots designa-
ted as lots numbers two and three of Block Number Three upon
the plan of the Town of Newnansville as surveyed by Michael
Garrison Esq together with all and singular the hereditaments and
appurtences thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining & the revis-
-ion & revisions, remainder & remainders rents, issues, & proffits
thereof To have and to hold the same unto the said James G. Dell
his heirs and assigns as fully & absolutely as the sad Charles 
F. Fitchett, Judge of probates & president of the Board of County
Commissioners as aforesaid under the authority aforesaid might could
or ought to convey the same

Judge of probate & president of the board of County Commissioners
as aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and seal on the day
and date above written
