the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged doth hereby
bargain Sell and convey unto the Said Samuel Russell
his Executors administrators and assigns forever all the right
title claim interest on demand of Charles Wanton the
said defendant in or to the Said Said tract of land
and to the executors, and administrators and assigns of the
said Samuel Russell in as full and ample a manner as
the Said Charles L. Wilson Sheriff is empowered by virtue of his
office convey assign the Same, and furthermore the Said
Charles L. Wilson sheriff as aforesaid doth hereby covenant
promise and grant to and with the Said Samuel Russell
his heirs executors and administrators and assigns that he
the Said Samuel Russell his heirs and assigns shall and forever
from time to time and at all times hereafter have, hold occupy
possess and enjoy the said described tract of land, free
and clear from all incumbrances herein made done in
covenanted by him the said Sheriff or by his orders means or
procuremnt and he the said Charles L. Wilson Sheriff
as aforesaid will warrant and defend the Same to the Said
Samuel Russell his heirs and assigns forever so far as his
office of Sheriff will admit and *

Alachua County     } personally appeared before
 the Subscriber Clerk circuit Court in and
for said County James G Dell one of the
subscribing Witnesses to the within Deed who
being duly Sworn according to Law saith
that he saw Chas L. Wilson sign Seal and
deliver Said deed for the purposes therein
mentioned and that S.F. Halliday was also
a Subscribing Witness to Said deed
