       To all to whom These Presents Shall Come
       I, Edmund Bird Commissioner of Alachua County Send        
       Greeting, Whereas by an order of the County Court of
       Alachua County in the Territory of Florida duly passed and
       entered of record, it is directed that the Commissioners of
       said County shall make, execute and deliver to the purchasers
       of lots in the Town of Newnamsville Deeds of conveyance
       for tbe Lots by them respectively entered, and whereas
       Francis R.Sanchez stands noted and entered upon
       plot of said Town in my custody as the purchaser of Lots
       hereinafter specified. Now Know Yee that I the
       said Edmund Bird  Commissioner of said County on Alachua
       by virture of the authority so as aforesaid in me vested in con-
       sideration of the sum of                       dollars paid by
       the said                          the receipt whereof is hereby
       acknowledged have granted, bargined and sold and 
       by these presents do grant,bargin and sell unto the  
       said Francis R. Sanchez and to all his heirs and assigns
       forever all those certain lots designated as Lots
       Number Five, Six, Seven and Eight in range Three,
       Block Three and Lots Number One Two, Seven
       and eight range three, west half of Block Numbers
       four, and the whole of Block Numbers four in
       range Number four and Block Numbers four in range
       Number five on a certain map or plat of
       Newnamsville upon the plan of the Town as 
       filed and existing in the Clerks office of the County
