Court of Alachua County aforesaid, together with all and
singular the heriditaments and appurtenances to the same in
any wise belonging To Have and to hold the said Lots
and premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said Francis R. Sanchez his heirs and assigns forever
as fully and absolutely as I the said Edmund Bird Commissioner
aforesaid, and under the authority aforesaid might could, or
ought to Sell and Convey the Same
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal this Thirtieth day of November A.D. 1840

occurs the same is stricken out and

in place thereof and also 1830 Stricken
