Court of Alachua County aforesaid, together with all and
singular the heriditaments and appurtenances to the same in
any wise belonging    To Have and to hold the said Lots
and premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said Francis R. Sanchez his heirs and assigns forever
as fully and absolutely as I the said Edmund Bird Commissioner
aforesaid, and under the authority aforesaid might could, or
ought to Sell and Convey the Same
  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal this Thirtieth day of November A.D. 1840

Note Wherever Jesse Carter Treasurer
occurs the same is stricken out and
Edmund Bird Commissioner inserted
in place thereof and also 1830 Stricken

                     On this fourth day of January one thou-
=sand eight hundred and forty six personally came before me
John J. Sanchez one of the witnesses to the within instrument who
being personally known to me was by me duly sworn, and upon
such oath he did depose and say that he saw the within
named Edmund Bird, who was personally known to him
execute the within Instrument
