Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty personally
appeared before me Charles De Selding a commissioner
of the State of Florida resident in the district of Columbia
authorized to take the acknowledgment and proof of deeds
and other instruments of writing under seal to be used or
recorded in the said State of Florida and to admin
ester oaths and affirmations the above named and
within named John Macpherson Berrien personally known
well known to me and then and there acknowledged
that he executed the foregoing Indenture for the pur
poses therein mentioned

forever quit claim unto the said Robert A.
